*sips tea* Oh goodness, and the plot thickens. Now we all know that Chris Brown is tatted like the subway in Harlem, so it may be hard to miss the new tattoo on his neck. It seems to resemble a battered woman or a woman that has two faces. Some are saying that it is a mural of Rihanna and other rumors are flying that it is a tattoo in her honor. Either way this is some really juicy gossip. Chris Brown and Momma Brown have been spending time donating and volunteering at a Domestic Violence Facility and so maybe he was inspired while he was in there.
